Introductory Session
I like to get to know my clients and their businesses in order for to give advice that's right for each business. To get the ball rolling, I offer a non-chargeable one hour consulation, either face to face or over the phone, to understand your business and to talk through an HR issue of your choice.
Starter Package
When your business starts to grow and you take on employees you will begin to have legal obligtions. One important obligation is to provide a contract of employment within 2 months of their start date (soon to change to immediately). It makes sense to get this legal document right.

I offer a starter package where you recieve high level advice in relation to taking on your first employee (recruitment, immigration, GDPR) and how to pitch that relationship. Plus a bespoke employment contract. This gives you piece of mind that you are compliant and you can focus on your business.
Your HR Manager
For the more established business, I can provide outsourced HR Management. Why not use my flexible services on an hourly rate to help you implement a specific initiative, for instance a performance management system or manage a complex employee dispute case, or more straightforward queries that you need some assistance with. I can manage your day to day HR admin too. This way you can have access to specialist advice when you need it.
A bit about me
Having worked in the City, mainly in the finance industry, for most of my career I decided to start out on my own. I wanted to work with passionate business owners and entrepreneurs and go on a journey with them. In 2012 I set up Attwell Consullting and did just that.

I had gained my HR experience over 15 years working in house within generalist HR roles and employee relations roles dealing with numerous redundancy programmes, M&A work, TUPE transfers, complex diciplinary and grievance cases, recruitment, performance management systems, training, talent management and much more. My last role was as an HR Manager within the Private Bank of HSBC.

So with over 20 years expereince both in corporate life and consulting work, you'll be in safe hands.
